I have listened to Overture 3.0 for 2 days and am totally taken by surprise. My reference DAC's are DPA Enlightenment x32 (clock-linked to transport via proprietary link called DELTRAN)and Symphonic Line CD Reference. These DAC's are connected to a special Teac VRDS 25X - The sound? Fast, explosive, dynamic that puts the 'blood on fire'. Overture also has incredible drive, detail, & transparency. Most surprising is the clean sound which is stable even at higher volumes. Vanishingly low artifacts of distortion in this DAC. Also of great surprise is the very, very low jitter without a slave/master setup. Sound is like it feels - very hot. The transparency is beguiling and I'm quite sure I hear details previously hidden. Great product form an individual's mind.
